Ice skating for beginners in Oslo 2016
Would you like to learn to ice skate and glide? Then this is the event you should join!
The final date for signing up for the event is the 22nd of January (a day before the event).
We will send exact meeting point to those who have signed up!
Do you have questions about this event, the equipment etc.? Please use the dedicated Forums to ask or consult with the Niels, the instructor.
Our instructor Niels will advice as many of you as possible, but due to the high demand on this course if you are an experienced ice skater and will join this Super Social event, do let us know on beforehand, so you can also contribute and share your knowledge with the rest of the participants.
Do I need Ice skating equipment?
You will need to bring your own equipment, so check out online marketplaces such as Finn.no or school flea markets (løppemarked) to buy new or old ice skating shoes or ice hockey shoes for that matter!
Our instructor suggests ice hockey shoes as they are wider and better for beginners.
How much does it cost to participate?
This is a one time FREE event and we need to know who is coming for sure, there fore you will need to sign up with your real name.
We will arrange more ice skating events for beginners in case of demand. Let us know if you are interested for further instructions.
