Description: A couple of Greek students living in Oslo but still obsessed with cooking Greek food. We have gathered to prepare and serve our favorite, traditional homemade recipes of our mothers.

Restaurant Day i Oslo
Description: Første gang vi prøver oss på Restaurant day. Så det her blir spennende. Maten vi kommer til å lage, er vietnamesisk mat. Det blir enkle, gode og friske retter som kan spises både kaldt og varmt. Håper dere tar en tur innom og prøver maten. Hvor? Det har vi ikke bestemt oss for enda! Fiaca: pan y sopa
Description: As a one-day event, Gamblebyen will have a new destination: Fiaca.

Sweet Stuff: Årets siste Pop-Up café på Cyan: Salong!
Description: Etter sensommerens braksuksess vender matblogger og fotograf Gitte Paulsbo tilbake, med nye søte saker på menyen. Det blir raw sjokoladekake, lakrisboller, og sjokoladekonfekter av flere slag – for å nevne noe. Alt er selvfølgelig både vegansk og sukkerfritt, akkurat som sist gang, og denne gangen finnes det også noe for deg med gluten- og nøtteallergi.

East Meets West : Restaurant Day Oslo
Description: East Meets West offers wholesome hjemmelaget comfort food this autumn/winter season, and we’re keeping them exciting & tasty!
1. Authentic Indonesian dish – Mee Soto Ayam
Flavorful chicken broth induced with wonderful Asian spices/herbs, served with succulent shredded chicken meat, vermicelli noodles, crunchy beansprouts and a “Begedil” (Indo style potato patty). Yummy & warming!
2. Homemade fresh Italian ravioli – 2 filling options
– minced beef & fresh tomato sauce filling, or
– spinach & creamy Gorgonzola filling.
We cook these to order and served with your choice of homemade basil pesto or truffle oil.
